Please review the important information below so we can provide a smooth, on-time delivery and setup.
ACCESS TO SETUP AREA
Please make sure there is a clear path from our delivery vehicle to the setup area.
Gates and openings must be at least 36″ wide, or 48″ for large inflatables.
Please notify us before delivery of any stairs, steep slopes, narrow access, elevators, long carries, or other obstacles that could affect delivery or setup.
SETUP SURFACE & SPACE
The setup surface must match what was selected when your order was placed, such as grass, turf, concrete, or another approved surface.
Different surfaces may require different anchoring methods and may result in additional fees.
Please make sure the setup area is level, clear of obstacles, and large enough for the equipment you selected. If your setup location or surface has changed, contact us before delivery.
GRASS, PETS & YARD PREPARATION
Please have the setup area clear of toys, furniture, debris, animal waste, and other obstacles before our crew arrives.
Pets must be secured and kept away from our crew and equipment during delivery and pickup.
If possible, please mow the grass before the day of delivery. We will not set up equipment on or near animal waste.
GATES & ACCESS CODES
If your property has a locked gate, security entrance, call box, or access code, please provide the necessary information before delivery.
Access delays may affect our ability to complete your setup on schedule.
TABLES & CHAIRS
Unless setup service is included in your package or purchased separately, tables and chairs are delivered folded and stacked for customer setup.
Before pickup, please have tables and chairs folded, stacked, and returned to the general location where they were delivered.
POWER FOR INFLATABLES
Customers are responsible for providing adequate electrical power for inflatable equipment.
A properly functioning 120V electrical outlet should be available within approximately 50 feet of the setup area.
Multiple inflatables or other electrical equipment may require separate electrical circuits. If adequate power is not available, please ask us about generator rentals.
WATER INFLATABLES & WELL WATER
Customers renting a water inflatable are responsible for providing an adequate water source and garden hose that reaches the setup area.
If your property uses well water, the water supplied to our equipment must come from the treated side of your water treatment or filtration system.
Do not connect our equipment directly to untreated or straight well water. Iron and other minerals in untreated well water can cause rust stains and permanent discoloration on inflatable material.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the proper water source is used. Rust, iron, or mineral staining caused by untreated well water may result in a cleaning fee of $100 or more, depending on the severity of the staining.
STAKES, SPRINKLERS & UNDERGROUND SYSTEMS
Tents and inflatables may require stakes or anchors driven approximately 36 inches or deeper into the ground.
Customers are responsible for identifying and clearly marking all private underground systems, including sprinkler and irrigation lines and heads, septic systems, pool plumbing, landscape lighting, private electrical or water lines, drainage systems, invisible pet fencing, and other privately installed buried objects.
Sailfish Bounce & Party is not responsible for damage to underground or private systems that have not been properly identified and clearly marked before installation.
Please show our crew all marked underground systems and any areas where we should not stake before installation begins.
HOA & PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS
If your event is located within an HOA, gated community, condominium, clubhouse, or other managed property, please confirm all rental, delivery, and setup requirements with the property or association before your event.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required HOA or property approval, permits, reservations, and gate or security access.
If your HOA or property requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or other documentation from Sailfish Bounce & Party, please contact us in advance so we have adequate time to provide it.
Please also confirm any restrictions involving inflatables, tents, staking, generators, delivery vehicles, setup locations, or permitted delivery and pickup times.
OVERNIGHT RENTALS
Overnight rentals must remain in a secure location.
For inflatables, turn off the blower and allow the inflatable to completely deflate overnight when not in use. For water inflatables, turn off the water as well.
Rental equipment remains the customer’s responsibility until it is picked up by Sailfish Bounce & Party.
GENERATOR RENTALS
Generator rentals are delivered with fuel.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the fuel level during the rental and adding the appropriate fuel if additional runtime requires it.
PAYMENT & ORDER CHANGES
Please review your order details carefully.
If your delivery address, setup location, setup surface, access conditions, equipment, or other event information changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms of your rental agreement.
CANCELLATIONS, WEATHER & RAINCHECKS
Cancellation, weather, refund, and raincheck terms are governed by your rental agreement.
If your plans change or weather may affect your event, please contact us as soon as possible.
CARE & SECURITY OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Rental equipment should not be left unattended in an unsecured location.
The customer is responsible for the equipment while it is in their possession, including loss, theft, misuse, or damage, according to the terms of the rental agreement.
